Checking a sewage system is compliant, identifying issues and outlining solutions

  • Assess condition of current sewage system
  • Assess with CCTV equipment where possible the outlet of the tank to determine the condition of any drainfield
  • Dye test where possible using water/hose onsite to assess where surface/rainwater is draining to
  • Report on compliance and condition of your system.
  • Provide remedial or upgrade options and costs if required.
  • Provide guidance with building regulations and general binding rules.

Either with or without CCTV – if tank entry is required then a 2-person team will be required for any on site investigative work.

Commissioning and signing off on an installation to activate your warranties and ensure correct operation of your residential sewage treatment system.

Bronze Commission – To include up to one hour onsite, including:

  • Check and sign off a standard residential sewage treatment system installation
  • Commission Certification to validate your warranty.

Silver Commission – To include up to two hours onsite, including:

  • Check installation and immediate environment.
  • Equipment operation.
  • Mechanical and electrical functionality.
  • Minor adjustments (subject to written agreement on site).
  • Equipment List & Condition Report
  • Commission Certification to validate your warranty.

Gold Commission – To include up to two hours onsite, including:

  • Check installation and immediate environment
  • Pump assembly
  • Control panel connections & configurations
  • Aeration and pumping efficiency
  • Mechanical and electrical functionality
  • Equipment List & Condition Report
  • Commission Certification to validate your warranty.
