My first time in a property with a septic tank and needed to replace with a suitably sized water treatment plant… my head was literally in a spin! Michelle came to my rescue and took time to understand our needs, explained all options and supported us to make an informed decision. Michelle’s support didn’t stop there, she managed the installation from start to finish, working with me to get all the information required to support the seamless installation which followed.

Dean was absolutely superb, knowledgeable and personable… whilst doing an amazing job, he was a pleasure to have around (as were the other supporting contractors).  I didn’t know what to expect, other than a lot of mess… I couldn’t have been further wrong.  A week after installation, my garden was almost back to normal… a fabulous job, completed respectfully.”
